LACIE HITS THE ROAD IN UK & IRELAND

SPECIALISTS in high-end mass storage, digital video and colour management peripherals LaCie have announced they will be embarking on a major roadshow. In October and November they will demonstrate their full range of products to resellers and end-users.
Partnering with Extensis, Dantz, Quantum, ATL and Southland Microsystems, LaCie will visit several destinations including Birmingham, Edinburgh, Dublin, London and Bristol.
George Leptos, UK Branch Manager, said: “2000 has been a very exciting year for LaCie with the launches of new innovative products such as the U&I PocketDrives and soon to be announced U&I PocketDrive CDRW. We are continually striving to improve our range and the LaCie roadshow gives us an excellent opportunity to get out there with our ever expanding range and meet up with our resellers and end-users.”
The roadshow will be divided into five main areas, Colour Management, Network Attached Storage (NAS), Mobile Solutions, RAID/Backup and Interfaces. The roadshow will include demonstrations on new products including the E22blueII monitor and blue eyes hardware calibrator, the 36GB Network CD/DVD Box, the new capacity PocketDrive’s the long awaited Firewire BURN-proof 12x CD-Rw and the comprehensive range of Backup Libraries.
The roadshow will offer attendees an informative questions and answers forum together with an excellent opportunity for hands-on experience with the product range.
