POLITICAL PUNCHBAG RETURNS TO HTV WEST

BUILDING on the success of last year’s series, ‘Punchbag’ returns with a new late-night series on October 5, as part of HTV West’s political coverage of the region.
Bob Constantine, HTV West’s political correspondent, will be joining the presenter Richard Lyddon each week, putting his own spin on all the latest news from Westminster and the effect it will have on the West.
HTV West are also re-launching the ‘Punchbag’ website that will include short video clips and highlight the best debates from each week. They are providing links to relevant groups and hoping to begin a regular Punchbag Noticeboard, inviting people to have their views and comments on topical issues that matter to them.
HTV West have also requested the public to send in a ‘60 second rant’ to the production team, about an issue on which they may have strong views.
Send tapes and views to: ‘Punchbag’, HTV West Television Centre, Bath Road, Bristol BS4 3HG.
