Harris Debates Mobile Television At FLO Forum Panel Discussion At IBC

Mobile television specialist Richard C. Redmond has been invited to represent Harris at this year's IBC FLO Forum panel session.
Alongside other representatives of member companies who are contributing to the advancement of mobile television, Redmond will discuss the various issues facing the mobile television industry and will share his expertise in the area.
The round table will focus particularly on European issues, with key talking points being:
  • What's in store for Mobile TV services - is the hype now turning into reality?
  • How do we create sustainable business models and compelling services for the end user?

  • How will competing technologies co-exist - is the future multi-standard?
  • What new services can we expect from the next generation of Mobile TV networks - how will Mobile TV fit into the bigger entertainment picture?
The session will be chaired by Kamil Grajski, President of the FLO Forum. The discussion will take place on September 11 between 2pm and 5pm in Room D408 on the fourth floor of the RAI Amsterdam convention centre.
