Screen Subtitling Systems announce range of graphics products

Shifting away from designing systems purely for subtitling related applications, Screen Subtitling Systems has announced a new generation of graphics related units, developed from its established range of Polistream transmission and Poliscript preparation lines.
First introduced at IBC 2004, the Polistream G5000 is a subtitle character generator with the added ability to create graphics, animated logos, rolls and scrolls, clocks and more. The first of its kind, the G5000 is an ideal solution for postproduction, channel branding and information services, insertion or localisation.
The G5000 supports a full range of Unicode scripts, allowing localisation of all graphics aspects of a service.
Along with the G3500 unit for static logos, the G5000 heads up a range that represents a major step forward for Screen in combining subtitle and graphics systems.
