SGRIN PRESENT AT THE NATIONAL EISTEDDFOD OF WALES
SGRIN, the media agency for Wales, are currently present at the National Eisteddfod of Wales in Denbigh, which began on August 4 and runs until August 11.
Sgrin are running a special competition on their stand with a chance to win a night for two at the Big Sleep Hotel in Cardiff, along with two tickets to see a film of your choice at the UGC cinema, and a meal for two at the Continental at Paparazzi on Mill Lane in the capital city.
By using the computer, the object of the game is to make the connection between six pictures of actors, films, cinemas and various locations across Wales. Each competitors details will be printed out on a piece of paper and placed in a box. The winner will be selected at random out of the box at the end of the week.
It is also a chance to see a selection of short films supported by Sgrin. These are being screened throughout the day on the Sgrin stand, which is parked next to the WDA tent.
The films showing will be: ‘Driven’; ‘Gecko’; ‘It Could Be You’; ‘Showdown’; ‘Without a Song or a Dance’; ‘Cyclo’; ‘Selwyn’s Lucky Day’; ‘Codename Corgi’; ‘Time and Tide’ and ‘Against the Dying of the Light’. (CD)
