Hi Tech Systems presentation at the Broadcast Production Show
Hi Tech Systems is presenting a repeat of their recent NAB demonstration at the Broadcast Production Show at the London Olympia between May 18 to 20.
The demonstration will offer those who were unable to attend NAB or visit the Hi Tech stand there, another opportunity to see the latest products in action.
Hi Tech Systems Ltd develops and manufactures a range of remote controllers for VTRs and disk servers that are used by broadcasters and facilities companies around the world. These offer controls that exploit the full potential of the recording media for many applications including the enhancement of live action broadcasts such as news and sports, automation backup, transmission, monitoring and QC and post production. Their ease of operation and highly practical feature sets make them a popular choice.
Hi Tech Systems continues to develop new features and to ensure that all the latest servers, DDRs and VTRs provide top their performance when controlled by its panels. This is largely thanks to active partnering programmes with manufacturers to develop and support recorder/panel system operation.
Hi Tech’s established actiV Filer range of multi-channel server and VTR controllers has been repackaged and enhanced to offer more ergonomic control and sleek new looks. Also new software brings new production tools, including synchronised key and fill handling as well as controlling scheduled recordings and playbacks.
For sports, slow motion is smoother and more accurate than ever while the new actiV Sports offers fast replay of multi-angle shots. Cue Box gives single button cue-and-run access to 100s of clips. For live studio work the new actiV Cart Box provides instantly familiar cart-style control of servers.
Both actiV Filers and the highly popular HT800 series of multi-channel VTR/DDR controllers share the new loop replay capability.
Hi Tech will be showing its VTR, DDR and Server controllers operating in practical situations at the Broadcast Production Show.
Managing Director, Tom Favell and Sales Engineer, Rob Jackson will also be attending the exhibition. Hi Tech Systems will be at Stand No. 473 at the show.
