PINNACLE SYSTEMS RECEIVE PRESTIGIOUS 'EMMY'

Pinnacle Systems have announced that the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS) has awarded Pinnacle Systems a prestigious "Emmy" for technical achievement.
The award is given to Pinnacle Systems for pioneering developments in shared video-data storage systems technology for use in television video servers. Pinnacle Systems
have been recognized in the past as a leader in the convergence of video, computer and networking technologies, and receiving this Emmy is further evidence of their continued pioneering efforts.
Mark Sanders, CEO of Pinnacle Systems, said: "Receiving this Emmy is a tremendous honour. Our storage technology is being adopted by leading customers including AOL Time Warner, Networked News Service, (a collaborative news organization formed by ABC News One, CBS Newspath and Fox News Edge) as well as the Canadian Broadcasting Company, to name a few. Winning the most prestigious award in our industry underlines Pinnacle Systems' commitment to staying in the forefront of video technology."
