Techex Launches 24x7 Technical Support Service
Techex has launched it's 24x7 technical support service.
Techex has always prided itself on excelling at supporting their customers which "we do this by keeping technology at the heart of our company and by having our engineers involved in the design, deployment and the support of our solutions out in the field.", Russell Trafford-Jones, Manager of Support & Services said. "So when you pick up the phone, you won't be talking to a call centre, rather to an engineer who spends their time with the same equipment you use."
This builds on Techex's already successful 365-support offering providing technical support 7 days a week. The new service is intended to support whole infrastructure deployments down to small, critical systems whatever the time of day.
Richard Bailey, Managing Director said: "We are very excited to be able to offer around the clock service to our customers and pride ourselves on the quality of support we provide. Our on-call team consists only of senior engineers with availability to draw on experience from the wider team at any point."
