Pro-Bel strengthens technical support team

Reacting to "market demands and increased sales," Pro-Bel have strengthened their technical support team with the addition of Bryan Arbon as international customer services manager, and Ian Croft as director of technical operations in the Americas.
Arbon was previously employed by Pro-Bel for 16 years with customer facing roles in both sales and product management, as well as substantial systems knowledge gained from working in the projects department.
Recognising the impact Pro-Bel equipment is having in the US, Ian Croft now heads up a dedicated support team for equipment in the Americas. Croft also has a systems background as he was a projects manager in the UK for some 10 years. For the past four years he has been based in the US as a contract manager at Pro-Bel's huge DirecTV installation.
