Scott Kewley joins Techex with an impressive career portfolio, having held transformative roles at The Walt Disney Company, Virgin Media, and Synamedia. His expertise in steering companies through periods of significant growth and his commitment to innovation align perfectly with Techex's strategic goals.

Richard Bailey commented: "I am delighted to welcome Scott to the Techex Team/family and I am confident that under his future leadership and our shared vision, Techex will achieve new milestones and even greater success. For over twenty years, I have been at the heart of the growth and evolution of Techex and as our development continues to accelerate, I am delighted to become our first Chief Product and Technology officer. This is an exciting opportunity for me to concentrate on what I am most passionate about: pioneering technology and our new broadcast software portfolio."

Speaking about his new role, Scott Kewley said: "Joining the Techex team is a privilege, and I look forward to working closely with Richard and the rest of the team. Together, we will continue to drive innovation and excellence, ensuring Techex remains at the forefront of the broadcast software and technology sector and continues to exceed the expectations of our amazing global broadcasting clients."

Mark Sutherland, Non-Executive Chairman of Techex, expressed his enthusiasm about the new developments: "We are excited to welcome Scott Kewley, a remarkable leader with a rich background in the broadcast media and technology industries, as our new Chief Executive. We are equally thrilled that Richard Bailey will continue his pivotal guidance of the company's strategic direction across product development and technological advancements as our first Chief Product and Technology Officer. Richard's deep understanding of our market and our products and his visionary leadership have been instrumental in shaping Techex's success to date and positioning it for the future. This strategic transition marks a new era for Techex, bolstering our leadership team as we continue to innovate and grow and demonstrating how "new broadcast", the coming together of traditional broadcast and cloud, can drive real business value for our global customers."

This leadership evolution marks a significant step for Techex as it embarks on its next growth phase following its recent announcement of tx darwin, with a reinforced commitment to delivering cutting-edge new broadcast solutions.
