MEGAHERTZ BROADCAST SYSTEMS ESTABLISHED

MEGAHERTZ Broadcast Systems have officially launched as an independent operation, following a management buy-out of the Systems division of Megahertz Communications Limited.
After 15 years of successful trading Megahertz Communications have grown to incorporate such a diverse group of activities that a corporate resolution was made to divide the Company into two separate operational parts.
Discussions between the directors resulted in the decision to opt for the buy-out of the Systems division, enabling both parts of the business to concentrate on their own areas of expertise and focus on their own market sectors.
Directors Frances Jarvis and Stephen Burgess head up Megahertz Broadcast Systems and the new company have retained the entire team of experienced systems integrators, engineers and operations staff from the Systems division. Operating from the same premises in Cambridge, UK, Megahertz Broadcast Systems will continue to address the markets of Television and Radio Studio Systems, Outside Broadcast Vehicles, SNG Vehicles and Satellite Earth Stations in which it has been successfully operating for well over a decade.
