Pixel Power sells graphics system to RTL Group

Cambridge-based company Pixel Power has announced that the RTL Group has purchased Clarity, Collette and Graphite systems.
RTL will integrate Clarity into the company's automation system, utilising the system's clip-store, 2Gbyte RAM, 2 Channel DVE and a DSK per channel.
The Clarity configurations support both standard and high-definition, and is a Windows-based graphics system for live and post-production applications.
Collette runs under Windows and can be used as an offline preparation tool for Clarity and Graphite. Collette is also available as a plug-in version for use with Avid systems. Based upon the well-established Clarity user interface, Collette is available for both standard definition and high definition, and will output high quality broadcast to film resolution captions, animations, rolls and crawls directly to the Avid timeline.
The RTL transmission rooms will also install the Graphite and paint systems with integrated digital disk recording and playback. These systems are equipped with six hours of video/audio storage and 1Gbyte of RAM-store for animation effects.
