Vistek to demonstrate fibre optics at IBC

Vistek's extensive range of Fibre Optic products will form the centrepiece of their demonstrations at this year's IBC.
Many broadcasters are recognising the advantages of Fibre Optic transmission systems, and Vistek can now offer all they key elements to make such a system work, including variety of passive optical devices, as well as data transmission modules for linking control systems.
On the subject of control systems, Vistek's ViewNet client/server control system will be on demonstration. Early adopters of the system are recognising that the extensive range of tools to allow users to develop their own displays makes ViewNet a very powerful tool, while third party developers are finding the XML interface very easy to work with.
Valid, Vistek's signal for testing lip sync (among many other things), will feature on the stand, with a demonstration of the latest reader software.
Valid will be demonstrated working in Vistek's latest housing - known as 1-BOX, and designed to take a single V1600 module.
