Harris provide automation system to prestigious European broadcast college

Nuremberg based srt (Schule für Rundfunktechnik), a leading state-of-the-art training centre for professional radio and TV broadcast and production in Europe, have bought a Harris ADC-100 automation system.
Harris' ADC-100 fully automates the dubbing, management and playout of programme material from videodisks and VTRs. ADC-100 supports a full range of GPI-controlled devices. This solution offers a sophisticated suite of features that automatically manages difficult, complex tasks, resulting in new revenue streams and/or additional operations savings.
Jean-Michel Seigneur, managing director of Harris Automation Solutions for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, said: "Our ADC series is simply the most powerful, scaleable and reliable automation system available - from newsroom automation to full station automation, or off-line operations, compilation and caching.
