Deskspace Release Charcoal Interface For Post Production Pro

Deskspace, the pioneers of integrated information systems for professionals, has announced the release of a new charcoal inspired interface specifically aimed at post production.
Post Production Pro is designed to be used by both administration and technical staff, running equally well on either Macs and/or Windows boxes.
Technical staff run Post Production Pro the whole time whilst undertaking their own specialist work, immediately able to review the virtual whiteboard and check progress on associated jobs or tasks, mark off their own tasks as complete or just check or enter their own time or overtime whilst administrative colleagues have a live view of exactly who is doing what and where complete with full historical data for management reporting and quotes.
Whilst at IBC 2007 in Amsterdam launching Post Production Pro, Deskspace Director Nick Lightbody noticed that many of the current generation of digital asset management and editing software made extensive use of grey and near black interface elements and decided to offer an alternative interface for Post Production Pro inspired by this approach.
Three days after making this decision the initial trial version of the new interface was shipped to a few Deskspace users for trial evaluations and testing - to an enthusiastic response. Each user can select the interface option they prefer.
