Another post-production success for Lipsync Post

London-based post-production company Lipsync Post recently completed creating title and graphics sequences for high-profile film and television and productions.
The company were asked to create new graphics and titles for BBC2 series 'Would Like To Meet' – a Talkback production to be aired in the spring – and also the titles for the 50-minute documentary 'Muslims In America' for the Discovery Channel.
Lipsync Post's Creative Director, Howard Watkins, said: "Idents and titles are recognised as an integral part of the subject and context of the programme. Our clients look to us for effective and creative solutions – often delivered against particularly demanding deadlines. So we must have the flexibility of a multi-platform graphics operation, running the best 2D and 3D animation and compositing software available."
For the documentary 'Muslims In America' the director Jemma Jupp gave Lipsync Post the brief to "convey the primary theme of the film which explores the contrasting feelings of 'belonging' and 'separation'". To achieve this, the production house compiled a title sequence that froze the main protagonists of the film against a background of activity – and so vividly displaying their sense of separation.
For the 'Would Like To Meet' programme, which attempts to match-make unattached members of the public, Lipsync Post highlighted the role of the 'dynamic trio' of specialists who advised the willing participants to net a partner.
