JVC support the Regus London Film Festival

JVC will be supporting the 46th annual Regus London Film Festival, which opens on Wednesday November 6.
JVC's GY-DV5000 camcorder, recently launched in the UK, will be used for the first time to give a 'fly-on-the-wall' view of the festival's glitz and glamour across the Internet. The camera will be used at three gala events to film celebrities, actors, directors and film enthusiasts arriving at the Gala Premieres, after-event parties and vox pop interviews.
A camera crew provided by The Studio Channel will film the event on the new Professional DV camcorder.
Even without the optional network pack the GY-DV5000 is a fully functional broadcast camera in its own right. With the KA-DV5000 network pack fitted, this camcorder has the added capability to make the most of burgeoning streaming and wireless applications.
Last year, guests had the opportunity to see some of the visiting stars, including Nicole Kidman, Kevin Spacey and Anna Friel.
This year 250 guests are expected to attend each of the Festival's gala events and live webcasts will be available for anyone with broadband access to share in the excitement and spectacle.
