SatTV Introduce News Service Following Launch At CommunicAsia

SatTV is set to expand its offering with the introduction of regular news bulletins, following its highly successful launch at CommunicAsia in Singapore.
SatTV News will complement the satellite industry magazines and e-newsletters from parent company, DS Air Publications. The news service, which launched last month, will be distributed to opt in subscribers.
"We have had a phenomenal response to SatTV since providing a full service at CommunicAsia2007," said DS Air publisher, Richard Hooper. "The number of searches on our website has increased by 60 per cent within the last three months, demonstrating how strong the interest from the industry is. Launching an online news service felt like the next
logical step.
"We also recognise that the communications industry is a fast paced environment and by using the latest streaming technology and digital equipment, SatTV News will enable subscribers not only to read news, but also to watch the latest developments from the industry, as they happen."
Satellite Evolution Group is part of DS Air Publications, which is a multimedia information and marketing platform for the global satellite industry. Its portfolio of publications includes a web portal, html newsletters, magazines, yearbooks and CD-ROMs. Its leading publications
include Satellite Evolution Asia, Satellite Evolution EMEA and Satellite Evolution Global - now established as the defining voice of the industry.
You can catch SatTV, along with the other DS Air publications, at the APSCC Conference in Bangkok 10th - 20th September 2007. SatTV is available 24 hours day on the DS Air website.
