Memories Of Welsh TV Sought For S4C Silver Anniversary

BBC Wales is preparing a Welsh language programme on the history of Welsh television which will be broadcast on S4C in the autumn to coincide with the channel's 25th birthday celebrations.
The production team is keen to hear people's memories of watching Welsh language television – from the early days up until today.
Do you remember the first time you saw a television programme? Did you have to visit a neighbours house to watch television?
Which Welsh television programmes have left a lasting impression? Do you remember S4C's first evening of broadcasting?
To share your memories of Welsh television over the past 50 years please contact Elin Morse by calling 029 2032 2178, emailing [email protected], or writing to: Elin Morse, Room C201, Broadcasting House, BBC Wales, Llandaff, Cardiff, CF5 2YQ.
