OmniBus appoint new Regional Sales Manager

OmniBus Systems, the award-winning provider of comprehensive automation and content management solutions to the broadcast industry, has announced the appointment of Peter Wood as Regional Sales Manager for the Middle East.
Wood brings more than 10 years of experience working and living in the region, where he now will be responsible for growing the sales of OmniBus automation solutions within a rapidly emerging broadcast market.
"Peter's understanding and experience with advanced broadcast technologies, remarkable familiarity with the Middle East broadcast market and his proven ability to build relationships in that region will be vital to our ability to tap this very valuable market," said Robert Stopford, OmniBus Systems Vice President of sales.

Prior to joining OmniBus Systems, Wood was most recently EMEA Sales Manager for Autocue, developer of automated newsroom systems. He has served as Regional Sales Manager covering the Middle East, India, and Africa for Avid Technology and, earlier, for Encoda Systems.
