Endemol Nederland and AllisBlue announce joint venture
Endemol Nederland has concluded a cooperation agreement with the Belgian company AllisBlue.
In the new joint venture, AllisBlue Nederland, both parties will focus on the exploitation in the Netherlands of the sms2mail application, which has been developed by the technology company. In addition, Endemol has acquired the global preferential rights to sell the AllisBlue products in the TV sector.
Sms2mail is a very easy to use link between SMS and email that makes it possible for the consumer to obtain digital content in his email mailbox by sending an SMS containing a code. This innovative application, for which AllisBlue holds the European patent, offers great possibilities for both the consumer and the distributor.
