Daimon Hall joins Sysmedia as Teletext Sales Executive
SysMedia, leading specialist in subtitling solutions and content management and production systems for interactive television and teletext, has announced that it has recently appointed Daimon Hall as Sales Executive.
Hall is responsible for handling sales activities across the company’s teletext production systems and reference signal generator markets and customer base.
Daimon has an extensive career across the television and radio data broadcasting sectors, most recently as Technical Sales Support Manager for VTech Communications, where he was responsible for a wide range of activities across the DECT field. Prior to that he was Sales Manager, Radio Data System Products, with VTech Connect based in Hong Kong. He also worked with VG Electronics in the early days of teletext.
Colin Prior, SysMedia’s Business Development Director, said: “Daimon has the rare mix of good sales skills as well as a strong technical background. Both of these factors will help him to further grow SysMedia’s teletext product sales and we welcome him on board.”
Daimon Hall added: “SysMedia already has a powerful market presence and I see my role as trying to expand that yet further. My experience in developing strong relationships with channel sales partners and in all types of sales strategies across many regions of the world will stand me in good stead.”
