AIST LAUNCH NEW DV EDITING SOFTWARE

AIST have announced the launch of their entry level digital video editing and animation software, ‘MovieDVsuite for Laptops and Notebooks.’
The user requires a camera with a FireWire interface and a laptop or notebook. Everything else is provided by the MovieDVsuite package, including a PCMCIA FireWire board for laptops or notebooks, a cable to connect the camera to the computer and the video editing and animation software.
The editing solution is aimed at users who want to edit, animate and design videos quickly and easily en route on their laptop or notebook running Windows 98 SE or Windows 2000.
The software designers claim MovieDVsuite for Laptops and Notebooks will provide the DV user on the move with a complete basic set-up for a portable video studio with an extremely favourable price and performance ratio. (GB)
