Soho’s root6 promises simplified support options
Soho’s root6 has simplified its range of support offerings, defining three levels of service for broadcasters and postproduction facilities.
Platinum Support is designed for large-scale, shared storage network environments, typically based on multiple sites. Facilities already utilising this service include Ascent Media, The Farm Group and MTV.
Gold Support covers stand-alone installations and medium sized post houses, and Silver is designed for individuals requiring minimal day-to-day support, while still enjoying the benefits of the root6 service infrastructure.
root6 support has accreditation from Apple, Avid and Sony (HD).
