Custom Consoles Media Desk now in production

Designed for use in video edit suites, the new Custom Consoles Media Desk has a 1,750 mm width dual-level configuration with individual height-adjustment of the front and rear work surfaces.
The raised rear platform enables studio and office designers to benefit from the compactness of LCD flat-screen displays. Media Desk combines very high build quality with prices that are within reach of the home-based video editor or computer operator. It allows users to make adjustments to suit their individual requirements and to vary their posture throughout the working day.
The desk was developed in co-operation with the Furniture Institute Research Association (FIRA) to ensure conformity with BS EN ISO 9241 recommendations and all relevant European standards. Height adjustment is between 660 and 990 mm. The desk is manually adjustable using a removable hand crank, so no electrical power or additional mechanism is required.
Available now, Media Desk is manufactured in MDF with a choice of blue, pale-grey and beech-wood-grain surface finishes. Legs are silver-steel. Options include a 13U or 27U equipment bay, chairs and adjustable monitor arms.
