BBC TECHNOLOGY WINS GOLD FOR NAB LAUNCH STAND

BBC Technology have won Gold in the recent 'Marketing Event' awards for 'Most Effective First Use of Exhibitions', for their launch stand at NAB in Las Vegas.
The judges awarded BBC Technology for their delivery of key launch objectives - gaining 'huge recognition' and managing to 'effectively communicate the brand and convert that into sales'.
In terms of its visual theme and presence, and the satellite media communications links with London, the stand demonstrated both dynamism and the ability to deliver technology solutions.
Stephen McKenna, BBC Technology's Sales Director, said: "When I saw the BBC Technology stand in Las Vegas I was very impressed by its dominance of a massively competitive exhibition space. Everything about the stand showed this company was the real thing in terms of delivering technology solutions to a media and entertainment marketplace.
In fact it played a part in my decision to leave Sun Microsystems and join BBC Technology as Sales Director." (CD)
