DISCREET APPOINT DISTRIBUTION SUPPORT MANAGER

IN a further strengthening of their key management team, Discreet have appointed Paul Jeffries as their new Distribution Support Manager for the UK.
In his new role, Jefferies has overall responsibility for support services including advanced systems and new media support. He reports to Discreet’s UK Country Manager, Patrick Jocelyn.
In his new post, Jeffries responsibilities include providing pre-sales technical validation, providing integration and product testing and supplying a technical resource to trade shows.
Jeffries said: “I also aim to focus on driving forward Discreet’s customer support group; aligning our support offerings more closely with customer needs and ensuring that the customer’s voice is represented at the management level.”
Before this new appointment, Jeffries spent two years as a support engineer for Discreet. In this role, he was responsible for all UK distribution clients. His achievements included the successful implementation of a technical training course for all systems resellers. (CD)
