Clear-Com Appoints Gavin MacDonald
Clear-Com has announced the appointment of Gavin MacDonald as Director of Global Service and Support (GSS).
MacDonald will be based in the UK and report to Bob Boster, president at Clear-Com. In this role, Gavin will be responsible for leading and managing the company's global service and support teams, as well as developing a strategy to better service Clear-Com customers and improve customer satisfaction.
Bob Boster said: "Taking care of our customers has been and will always be one of the hallmarks of this company. With Gavin's knowledge of the communications industry and his experience in manufacturing, quality control and customer service, his leadership in this area of the business will be invaluable as we continue to reinforce our brand promise with world-class support services."
Gavin MacDonald added: "Clear-Com has been renowned for product reliability, clarity and flexibility in intercom technology for the past five decades. But equally, if not more important, to note is that the company has maintained a consistent level of customer engagement to ensure that not only are the customers' product needs properly addressed, but also any support or service requests that may arise during their use of our products. We have customer users dating back three decades, and they would not prefer any other brand. This is a true testament of this company, and I am proud to be part of the broader Clear-Com family."
