Red Giant Primatte Keyer 5.1

Red Giant has released Primatte Keyer 5.1, an update that adds support for Adobe Premiere Pro, Apple Final Cut Pro X (FCP X) and Motion.

Primatte Keyer 5.1 takes the chroma keying tools that have formerly only been available to Adobe After Effects users and puts them into the hands of editors.
Primatte Keyer now supports After Effects, Premiere Pro, FCP X and Motion.
"Over the last year we've heard, non-stop, from editors that they need chroma keying technology in their NLEs," said Aharon Rabinowitz, Red Giant's head of marketing. "Many of them have expressed frustration, both with needing to leave their editor to do even basic compositing and with the loss of time that comes with it. We're really excited to help editors solve these challenges."

Primatte Keyer features include:
• Fast, Automatic Chroma-Keying: Remove the green/blue-screen with the touch of a single button.
• Primatte Keyer's user interface enables selection of background and foreground, to separate them out for a great key. Primatte Keyer's Cleanup tools help make composites look solid without much additional effort.
• Correct Uneven Lighting: Primatte Keyer can analyze the background and out the lighting before performing the key.
• Powerful Compositing Tools: Primatte Keyer includes tools essential for turning chroma key into a realistic composite – including Light Wraps, Colour Matching.

Software/Hardware Requirements – Primatte Keyer 5.1 runs on Windows and Mac and is compatible with:

• After Effects: CC (2014), CC, CS6, CS5.5, CS5
• Premiere Pro: CC (2014), CC, CS6
• Final Cut Pro X: 10.0.9 and later
• Motion: 5.0.4 and later
• Pricing and Availability.

Red Giant Primatte Keyer 5.1 is a free upgrade for existing version 5 users. Users of older versions can upgrade to version 5.1 for $99 and new users can purchase the software for $499.
