Sumners warn advertisers being 'left behind'
Advertisers look set to be left behind by the 3G mobile revolution according to content provider Sumners.
Sumners said only a fraction of marketeers have grasped the opportunity to provide content for the new mobiles.
As the newest form of advertising, 3G phones will be the strongest route to the youth market and potential advertisers look set to be left behind.
“The new generation of mobiles is also a fantastic route to market,” said Sumners head of marketing Phil Ventre.
“Youth brands need to grasp this opportunity and have content ready for as soon as 3G comes on line.
“Operators will be looking for content and this presents a great opportunity for clips, especially the more humorous and innovative ones, to be spread virally across a huge market.”
With 3G’s multimedia capabilities, broadcast quality content and graphics offer high visual impact and more opportunities to impress.
Sumners recently launched Sumners Content in response to the rising demand for quality corporate communications.
It uses its impressive TV credentials and vast production experience to provide high quality content for its clients.
