Sumners complete movie documentary marathon

Manchester-based Sumners are putting the finishing touches to a six-and-a-half-hour television epic to be screened over the Bank Holiday weekend.
The company have spent more than 100 hours in post production to create '100 Greatest Movie Stars', which looks set to break records as the UK’s longest single documentary TV programme.
The show has been made by Yorkshire Television for Channel Four and will be screened in two three-hour stints on Sunday and Monday evenings.
Andy Sumner said: “This is an industry first and a phenomenal length of time for a single documentary programme to be screened on prime time terrestrial TV. It is an extra boon to win such work as it reinforces the reputation that we have built up through work such as the TOTP awards and the ‘I Love…’ series."
