OmniTek product launch at IBC 2002

OmniTek have launched two new products for the US and European markets at IBC 2002.
For the US, OmniView is a complete analysis package for image data providing industry-standard waveform monitor functions operating in the RGB or YUV domain, and has a (optional) built-in test generator for comparison of output image data with internally generated reference images.
Additionally, pixel data can be analysed against a reference signal and/or displayed in graphical or tabular format. With its real-time signal processing power, OmniView also enables checking of input colour gamut and the display of illegal value areas. OmniView provides CRC, TRS and EDH error checking and also supports multi-channel embedded audio level and status display.
For Europe, the OmniGen is a fully featured test signal generator, providing tools for the creation and storage of video and audio test patterns and sequences. OmniGen can provide all the common test signals used in SD and HD applications, and also import /export images from all common PC file formats. A comprehensive library of standard test patterns for SD, HD and data use is provided with the system and a variety of programmable audio tones can be generated and embedded onto the output video signal.
