Prime Focus Team Adds Top Players

There have been two important new appointment at one of the world's largest visual entertainment services groups.
The Prime Focus Commercials division in London has announced the appointment of Executive Producer Belinda Grew and welcomes the return of James Maclachlan to its Flame department.
Belinda Grew has spent the last six years as head of production at Smoke and Mirrors and was a key figure in the set-up of its New York offices.
Her 20-year career covers film, commercial, broadcast and exhibition projects, and she's worked with elite directors such as Jonathan Glazer, Jorn Haagen and Nick Gordon.
Joint Managing Director of the Commercials division, Daniel Sapiano, commented: "I'm thrilled that Belinda has joined our team here at Prime Focus.
"Her stature within the industry and years of experience has added another dimension to the already strong and diverse production department and, on top of that, she really is a delightful person to be around."
James Maclachlan returns from his native New Zealand to the Prime Focus Flame department, bringing a wealth of experience and a string of highly acclaimed projects with him.
During his previous stint with Prime Focus, James completed VFX work on Hollywood blockbusters such as 28 Weeks Later, as well as pop promos for high profile performers like Kanye West and KT Tunstall, idents for the BBC and commercials for big name brands including McDonalds, Burger King, Panasonic and Amnesty International.
Daniel Sapiano added: "I've worked with many Flame ops over the years and James is comfortably up there with the best of them. He has presence, personality, meticulous attention to detail and he's also a jolly nice chap so once again, I'm overjoyed that he has rejoined our ever expanding VFX team."
