New pilot for Rushes' Rocket

Rushes have promoted Anthony McCaffery (pictured) to Head of Rocket with immediate effect.
Rocket, the new media division of Rushes, offers a range of diverse services encompassing all aspects of media production, including encoding, asset management, global digital delivery, tape-in tape-out worldwide transfers, DVD authoring and internet streaming, as well as the design and creation of promotional material such as websites.
McCaffery has been fundamental in establishing Rocket's development of new services helping to partner Beam TV and Telestream to become essential approval processes.
McCaffery started his media career on a trial day at Rushes in 2000 and has been part of the team ever since.
Commenting on his promotion, McCaffery said: " I get a great sense of achievement from my job and my new role is a really exciting opportunity. When you speak to a client and they are able to provide feedback and approve various shots on a job we are working on, from a web browser in a hotel on the other side of the world, it's amazing! The flexibility we can allow clients and the extra range of information we can share with them means that we are able to aid the production process in a faster and constructive way, saving time, effort and money for all those involved."
