dB Broadcast Reach Landmark With Hawkeye

Cambridge-based independent system integrator dB Broadcast has announced a major expansion of its facilities for designing and manufacturing the Hawkeye and Showman product ranges.
dB Broadcast recently supplied their 10,000th Hawkeye module and have underlined their commitment to product development by moving product development and manufacturing to their own dedicated building on the current site.
This major investment was undertaken with the aim of increasing the range of products supplied by the company in future.
The new building is four times the size of the previous development and production areas.
Several new products were unveiled at IBC2008 including an SNMP interface for the Hawkeye range and the Showman 100 analogue receiver.
Tom Swan, Sales and Marketing Director at dB Broadcast said: "The new facility will include a large demonstration room enabling customers to view the full range of products including the different control systems.
"One of the control systems is the B065 rack controller module and B067 PC GUI software.
"The B065 enables monitoring and remote control of the Hawkeye B080 ASI TS and B090 SD/HD series modules and certain other Hawkeye modules via RS232 or Ethernet SNMP."
