Digital Vision Appoints Real Image Media Technologies
Digital Vision, a leading supplier of picture enhancement systems for film and television post-production, has announced that it has appointed leading Indian technology reseller Real Image Media Technologies, to sell, support and distribute its full range of products. This exclusive arrangement will expand Digital Vision's market in this important region and build upon its current relationships with key Indian post-production facilities EFX, Filmlab and Semaroo.
With a network of offices and training centres in India, Real Image was instrumental in the introduction of digital non-linear editing with Avid and digital cinema sound, through DTS, in India, and has a reputation for partnering with the most innovative products and companies.
Raja Enok, Chief Marketing Office for Real Image, said: "Having distributed Avid in India for well over a decade and pioneering digital cinema in the country, Real Image is focused on providing its wide customer base a seamless workflow all the way from production, post-production to mastering, distribution, delivery, play back and archival in the digital domain.
