Tern Heads South To Expand Specialist Factual Division

Tern Television is expanding its specialist factual division with the appointment of Miranda Peters to the role of development producer.
As part of her role, Peters will head Tern South, the company’s new office based in London, where she will concentrate on developing formatted series and large scale factual programming.
Ms Peters joins Tern from her role as development producer at UK indie CTVC. Before that she worked for Granada Television as an award winning Producer/Director. She has previously worked on high profile factual programming including 7/7 A Test of Faith with Rageh Omaar, Real Crime, Tonight with Trevor McDonald and World in Action.
David Strachan, Managing Director, Tern Television, said: “Miranda’s appointment will strengthen our existing development effort across our three growing bases in Glasgow, Belfast and Aberdeen – she is a much respected and well connected development producer, a great team player, and will play an important role in the expansion of Tern’s factual division.”
