Picture Canning choose IDX

The Picture Canning Company, renowned as a major supplier of broadcast, cameras, equipment and crews, have updated their video battery systems with products from IDX Technology’s ENDURA range.
This is to power their wide range of cameras and other professional video and audio equipment offering the convenience and flexibility of high capacity, light weight and easily managed power sources for their customers.
Encouraged by their early adoption of Lithium Ion chemistry, the original equipment is now being replaced. The IDX order totals over 300 batteries including NP-L50 and the new E-80 – particularly favoured both for its high capacity and Power Link docking facility. There are also some 50 KL-4 sequential fast chargers.
Kevan Parker, Technical Sales IDX Technology Europe said: “We are delighted to be supplying and working with Picture Canning. They have considerable experience with Lithium Ion and we are particularly pleased they have turned to IDX for their up-to-date replacements.”
