Pocket Shorts Winners Announced

Pockets Shorts, the competition for entry level filmmakers to produce video content for mobile phones, has announced the 2007 winners.

  • Jane Carroll - The Deadly Sins
  • Barry Petrie - Reach for the Starz!
  • Scott Johnson - Bubble Pop
  • Tasneem Mukhtar - PLAY@IQ
  • Harry Olden - The Weakly
  • Ellen Deakin - Polly Puke
A number of workshops took place all over Scotland to guide the filmmakers through the process of making the best short films suitable for mobile screens.
The winners each receive £3000 to produce their films for a special event at Edinburgh International Film Festival 2007.
