Successful SATIS 2006 For Eyeheight

Held November 7-9 at the Paris Expo centre, Porte de Versailles, the SATIS 2007 exhibition and conference attracted high attendance on all three days.
The show's traditional late-closing evening (9.30 pm, Wednesday November 8) proved useful for visitors unable to attend during normal working hours.
Eyeheight's SATIS stand was manned by the company's own staff together with colleagues from recently-appointed French distributor Magic Hour, itself based in Paris.
"Having our own stand gave us the opportunity to meet customers
direct," commented Eyeheight Sales Manager Gilbert Viegas. "SATIS attracted an impressive number of post-production creatives and broadcasters looking, in particular, at the latest multi-definition products. There were also many visitors from the corporate
presentation sector, attracted by the latest accessibly-priced HD video equipment."
Eyeheight displayed the latest in its range of modular HD, SD and multidefinition broadcast equipment. These included the safeEyesMDi multi-definition safe area generator, canalettoMDi colour corrector, keyEyesMDi keyer and legalEyesMDi legaliser. New configuration software for the established playout master control switcher was also
exhibited.
A powerful enhancement to Eyeheight's range of colour correctors was also demonstrated at SATIS. An integral Ethernet control interface enables all facilities and control menus to be operated from a PC via one-to-one connection, local network or remote internet
access. The Ethernet control feature is available as an option for canalettoSDi (standard-definition), canalettoHDi (high-definition) or canalettoMDi (multi-definition).
