London Post Sets eQ In Rebranded Concrete

As part of a major re-branding exercise to extend the company’s reach from its current base of longform work into commercials and promotions, Soho-based London Post has re-launched itself with a new name: Concrete, combined forces with Torquil Dearden - one of the UK’s top editors - and installed the first Quantel eQ FX system in London to power its drive into new markets.
Introduced at NAB this year, the eQ FX is an all-in configuration designed specifically for post and broadcast users who need a high-specification system that will cover every demand in HD and multi-resolution post production.
Concrete’s eQ FX includes 300 minutes of HD workspace; built-in, super-powered TimeMagic no-wait hardware; the QColor in-context color grading package of software and dedicated controls – including Scene Detect; the latest Eiger 3.5 software; and a comprehensive package of GenArts Sapphire and SpeedSix Monsters plug-ins.
