Hit Drama Makes 'Impression' On World-Wide Broadcasters

Granada International has sold the ratings hit drama series 'The Impressionists' to more than 100 territories around the world.
The series, produced by the BBC and aired on BBC One earlier this year, has been acquired by many broadcasters around the world including, PBS Syndication USA, Chum TV Canada, DBS Israel, EBS South Korea, EST Estonia, HBO Latin America, RUV Iceland, NRK Norway, Romanian Television, Hallmark Africa and VRT Belgium.
Media company Intervision in Japan has acquired the rights for both TV and video, whilst DVD rights to The Impressionists have also been acquired by both Acorn Media in the UK and Koch Entertainment in the USA and Canada.

The Impressionists is a stunning drama bringing vividly to life the French Impressionist's struggle for recognition in the face of massive hostility from the art world of the late 19th Century.
