LEADERS COMBINE IN EXCLUSIVE PARTNERSHIP
OMNIBUS Systems, a leading total television station automation company have announced today an exclusive training collaboration with BBC Training and Development.
With effect from October 1, BBC Training and Development will be delivering training on all operational and technical features of Omnibus Systems. These will range from the foundation Module to Advanced Users and System Management. In total thirteen different courses have been designed to ensure that customers receive the best training package to suit their needs.
Simon Shute, Head of Broadcast at BBC Training and Development, said: “ Omnibus products represent very different things to different people and we are delighted to be working with them to meet the needs of their customers worldwide. In addition we are offering specific product training we will also put together individual training packages that incorporate engineering and craft modules from our general portfolio. UK and international customers can select to receive training at Wood Norton, at their own premises or a mixture of both.”
Tom Wragg, Operations Director of Omnibus Systems, said: “Although Omnibus Systems operate within a culture of collaboration, working with more than 80 manufacturers worldwide, this is the first time we have collaborated in terms of training. The provision of first class training is a key element of our customer service and partnership with BBC Training and Development will complement the programme currently in place at our Loughborough head office.”
