Jigsaw Systems Launch DaVinci Resolve Training

Five one-day training sessions focusing on the latest version of Blackmagic Design's DaVinci Resolve software will be launched by Jigsaw Systems in London this month.
The sessions, to be held August 22nd-26th, are designed to give anyone thinking of changing systems the chance to get to grips with the new software.
These hands-on, eight-person workshops will take place between 9.30 and 16.30 at Symbiosis, Victoria and will be led by Jonathan Eric Tyrrell, Apple Master Trainer and are ideal if you've previously undertaken the ‘Apple: Making The Grade’ Course (created by Ben Foakes and Sequence Post). You'll get the chance to experience the software using Avid Artist Color control surfaces, and will be given plenty of time to explore the key features of Resolve. There will also be a fully featured and GPU accelerated system with full control surface for you to play with in-between and after training sessions.
During the sessions, Jonathan will introduce you to the nodal workflow in Resolve and cover all the different node types, along with advanced window options, custom curves, qualifiers and object tracking. You'll also go through setting up and conforming projects, and managing media and settings in order to establish a comprehensive finishing workflow within Resolve.
