SIRIOL ANIMATION STUDIO ORGANISES TRAINING

SIRIOL, one of the largest animation studios in Wales, based in Cardiff Bay, are to organise a Vocational Training Programme.
With the help of CARTOON, an initiative scheme which is part of the EU’s Media Programme, the course, which is set to run from December 4 to 15, will enable 14 individuals to get the opportunity to work on a combination of Animo 3, Media 100, Velocity and Maya. They also hope to train eight people on Animo painting, four people on Animo compositing, two on Maya and two on Velocity and Media 100.
Preference will be given to people with some experience and understanding of animation.
