Leitch releases new version of Inscriber Inca RTX HD

Leitch Technology Corporation has announced the worldwide release of version 1.2 of Inscriber Inca RTX HD, the company’s renowned real-time 2D/3D broadcast graphics platform.
Featuring full support for both HD and SD graphic solutions — including real-time animations and audio transitions — Inca RTX HD 1.2 provides broadcasters with a multi-purpose system that eases their transition into high definition.
Inca RTX HD enables broadcasters to easily develop their own custom graphic applications and is widely regarded as the most flexible and capable real-time 2D/3D graphics, video and animation platform available. With the latest version adding real-time support for both HD and SD applications, Inca RTX is ideal for customers continuing to work in both domains.
“The latest release of Inscriber Inca RTX HD underscores our commitment to providing broadcasters with flexible SD/HD solutions,” said Randy Fowlie, vice president of Digital Media for Leitch. “Whether customers are working in SD, have already transitioned to HD, or are working somewhere in between, Inca RTX 1.2 gives them the freedom to create a custom broadcast solution for delivering innovative graphics that enhance their viewers’ experience.”
Inca RTX HD is ideally suited for live productions, whether mobile or in-studio — anywhere the delivery of real-time information is vital. Inca RTX HD enables users to provide up-to-the-minute data in sports, weather and elections, as well as dynamic graphics and effects within interactive programs, games shows and shopping channels. By combining effects such as video clips, animations, tickers, clocks and timers, stunning multi-layered looks can be created, which can either be automated or controlled by a task-specific user interface.
