China Subway purchases 40 Inscriber Inca RTX systems

Inscriber have announced that the Nanjing (Nanking) Subway Network, located in China's Jiang Su Province, has purchased 40 Inca RTX systems.
The real-time data display and graphic systems will be used to drive a new information channel for subway passengers.
Zheng Shang, Marketing Director, product business I, Cyber Solutions Network, said: “We transport approximately 473,000 passengers a day, and we wanted to develop a customized channel that would let us effectively communicate with our passengers.
"We required a solution that provided attractive broadcast-quality graphics while offering our developers an efficient environment to create the specific channel for our application. Inscriber is well-respected for its graphics, and using Inca RTX means we gain the advantage of integrating live data in our channel to keep our passengers informed.”
Inca RTX is a flexible and capable real-time 2D/3D graphics, video and clips platform available. Inca RTX is a developer’s tool for creating custom broadcast applications, such as up-to-the- minute data in sports, weather and elections; dynamic graphics and effects within interactive programs, game shows and shopping channels; and multiple layers of graphics, video, and animations in news and information channels.
Vice President of Digital Graphics for Leitch, Randy Fowlie, said: “We are proud that The Nanjing Subway Network in China has awarded this significant contract to Inscriber.
“Our industry-leading graphics development platform is ideally suited for the Nanjing Subway Network to deliver customized communications to their subway passengers.”
