Hammerhead name new staff

Hammerhead TV Facilities has been joined by John Dardis & Peter Hewart, both ex-VFG Manchester, to support its continued growth and expansion.
Both Peter, heading the broadcast video engineering department and John, as the new Equipment Manager, will be based at Hammerhead's Manchester branch. The company, with its four branches, is one of the country's foremost and longest established location video camera equipment suppliers continues to build on its long running success.
Hammerhead now has well over 100 Sony digital broadcast camcorders covering most formats from DVCAM, Digi-Beta, XDCAM, HDCAM and now HDV.
Apart from camcorders & VTR's, other recent investments include Canon Cine style & ENG SD & HD lenses, Panasonic AG-MX70 8-channel digital SDI AV vision mixer, a drama sound unit based around Audio Devices AD149 8-channel Film mixing desk and other drama accessories, such as Sony's HDVF colour HD viewfinder.
