YOU'RE 'MADE' IF YOU GOT MADE IN WALES

THE new 2001-02 version of the ‘Made in Wales’ directory is about to be published.
The directory, produced by the EC's MEDIA Plus office based at Sgrîn, Media Agency for Wales, will list detailed company profiles of over 120 Welsh independent production companies and 30 support organisations.
This year the directory will also be available on-line at www.sgrin.co.uk.
Gwawr Hughes, the co-ordinator of the EC MEDIA Plus office in Wales, and the manager of this year's Made in Wales said: "The Made in Wales directory is an invaluable tool for the media sector in Wales. It's intended for foreign producers and distributors seeking partnerships with Welsh companies and vice-versa. Potential co-production partners or investors will be more than impressed with the quality of the companies listed in Made in Wales this year".
On Saturday July 14, 2001, the directory will be launched at a reception on board the “Corrib Princess”, at the annual Galway Film Festival.
Made in Wales is published and produced by the EC MEDIA Plus office at Sgrîn, Media Agency for Wales with the support of the Welsh Development Agency and Teledwyr Annibynnol Cymru (Welsh Independent Producers).
