Director Jan Gleie joins Godman

Godman has announced that director Jan Gleie has joined the company to work on UK projects.
Godman’s roster of commercials directors also includes ‘Albert’, Barney Cokeliss, Ben Gregor, Ben Sedley and 'Type2Error'.
Born in Copenhagen, Gleie has directed numerous spots for international brands including Mercedes, Nokia, Boots, Danish Bank and award winning Kellogg’s and Oddset Lottery campaigns.
Gleie's UK career began with the critically acclaimed ‘Anthem’ for The Independent/Euro RSCG. Recently, Gleie's campaign for Danish supermarket Fakta has won him Commercial of The Year 2004 at the Creative Circle Awards, Denmark.
Ed Sayers, Managing Director of Godman, said: “I’ve been an admirer of Jan’s work for a long time. His personality and approach also fit really well with how we are at Godman. Now that he’s basing himself in London again, I’m delighted he’s joining us.”
Gleie added: “I've been away from the UK for a while and now I'm really looking forward to getting back to work here. Ed and I find we share the same views on the spirit and values behind good work. Godman has reinvigorated itself and that's quite an achievement for an established company. I like that.”
